Dczar began in 1995 as a Web hosting-only company but many clients wanted us to build their Web sites, too. As time went by, additional services were added to our repertoire - from email management, to forms design, to favicons, to multimedia presentations, to video productions...and the list continues to grow. Today, we manage company's online presence and act as the interface between the company's online objectives and its online implementation. This allows our clients to enjoy a completely hands-off online presence free of all the logistic issues normally involved with managing a Web presense.
